Cooking on The Fly – Pasta Confusion

We don’t always have the time to make a meal look like this!


That’s when we leave the slicing, dicing, and pre-made sauces to Prego and Del Monte.


Bring water to a boil in your skillet and add Fettuccine noodles.


While the noodles are going, place your favorite links on a grill type surface.


These are Bubba Grillers Hot Italian Sausage. Look at those lines!


When your noodles are limp and just shy of being done, add your diced tomatoes. Oh, the water should be almost evaporated by now.


Fresh scallions are one of my favorite seasonings. Grab some and chop them up to toss in later.


What do you know? I found some leftover corn. What shall I do with it?


Pour in your sauce and blend very well. Let simmer for about 6 minutes. All will be thickened. Now lay your links on top and simmer for another 6 minutes.


Plate it up! It’s time for some Pasta Confusion! Oh no! I forgot the garlic bread!
